I’m Abhishek Chauhan, a passionate chef and co-owner of the Indian Food Factory. With a degree from César Ritz Colleges, Switzerland, and over a decade of experience, I’ve worked in amazing places like Greenwich, Geneva, Delhi, and now Reykjavik.

At Indian Food Factory, I combine 100-year-old traditional Indian recipes with modern techniques to create dishes that bring comfort and bold flavors. Since opening in 2020, your love has helped us become European Street Food finalists.

When I’m not crafting samosa chaat or butter chicken, I’m breaking cricket stumps with the Kópavogur Puffins Cricket Club. Now, I need your help to bring our kitchen wheels downtown—because who doesn’t want world-class Indian food served from a trailer? Let’s spice up Reykjavik together!
