I am Aurore, a French pastry chef in Reykjavik.

I have studied at the world-renowned Institute Paul Bocuse in France and have worked in the industry for over 14 years at some of the very finest establishments.

My passion lies in pastry and I hope my love of baking can bring some cheer.

I am starting my own project for the first fine french pastry shop in downtown Reykjavik called " Sweet Aurora Reykjavik".

I am baking traditional french pastries but with a modern twist.
