My name is Elín.

I'm 44 years old and I was a full time tour guide before Covid-19

Previous experiences include:

• Working in media and advertising for nearly two decades, both as a designer and a part-time journalist.
• Leading or managing non-formal (outdoor) education for your young people, both professionally and as a volunteer.
• 9 years in ICE-SAR.
• Co-writing and designing "Góða ferð" a manual/handbook for outdoor activities.
• I have managed newsletters, websites and marketing material for NGO's and companies and currently freelance as a designer (www.layout.is).

I'm one of the people behind "We Guide", a magazine for everyone that interacts with tourists in Iceland.
