Nicolas Kunysz

Industrial / Product designer with a special focus around rapid prototyping technologies.

Nicolas Kunysz is a master graduated product/industrial designer (La Cambre, Brussels);
He received International ProCarton awards in 2006 for his work around packagings.
During his studies he has been working for the artist Wim Delvoye in Ghent and in the mean time in an international packaging company in Brussels (M-Real).
He then moved to Berlin to work at Jerszy Seymour design workshop.
In 2009 Nicolas moved to Reykjavik where he stays since then, there, he has been working with Sruli Recht, Mundi, Boas Kristjansson and Saevar Markus among others.
In 2012 he has been creating his own design studio (themakery.info) where he develops project for brands and private clients along with his own experiments. Main focuses in his work are: rapid prototyping / 2d to 3d geometries designs / generative design via programming.
