Sigurður Þórir Ámundason

Sigurður Þórir Ámundason studied at the Reykjavík School ofVisual Arts before graduating from the Icelandic Art Academy in 2012. His works include a 10 meter high mural situated at Hjartagarðurinn in downtown Reykjavík in the years 2008-2011. In Reykjavík he has participated in exhibitions at Kling & Bang, Sequences VI, Gallery Lost Horse, Kunstschlager and at the Reykjavík Art Museum. In 2010 Sigurður Þórir published the poetry book Snake Cool and theCobra Crazies which received half a star of possible five in Morgunblaðið. The last copy was purchased by the NationalGallery of Iceland for its collection.
