Further Information

The daughters of Reykjavík are an all female rap group from Iceland. We founded the group back in 2013 when a couple of us held the first rap night for females. A lot of girls showed up and at the end of the most powerful night we could have ever imagined the name Reykjavíkurdætur (Daughters of Reykjavík) was born. A month later we released our first single "Reykjavíkurdætur" and then there was no turning back. About 15 songs later and a whole lot of concerts, we just can't wait to get started on our first album! Which will include new material in english! We just need your support, welcome to the revolution!
