Hello my name is Jóhann Ásmundsson and i am the bass player of the band Mezzoforte from Iceland and I have been so for over 38 years now.
The reason I come to you is that I have been thinking about making a new solo cd for some time and this year it is 15 years since I made the last one so I have decided that 2016 is the right time for a new one. I am very excited about this and I will be starting January 25th on recording basic tracks.
I have many musical friends that I would like to include on the cd and that is why I am going the crowd funding way. I will record in our studio that I run with my son and family so the money collected will go towards paying the musicians and for the manufacturing of the cd's. The cd I released in 2001 called So Low is totally out of stock and it is difficult to get copy of that now. I would re release that as well so there is a chance to get it again.
I would be very grateful if you could help me get this done by getting one of the offers on the funding page so I can finish this as soon as I can.
